Anna Steller (b. 1979 in Gdańsk) is a performer, dancer and choreographer. She is a mother of three. She has been performing on stage since 1993. For many years, she has created dance works, performances and choreographies presented at major festivals in Poland and abroad.
As a performer, she focuses primarily on transparency and sincerity of expression, as well as radical artistic approaches. Her recent works explore ideas of motherhood, corporeality, organicity and composting.
Her work has been presented, among others, at Berliner Festspiele (2023), CSW Łaźnia in Gdańsk, BWA Zielona Góra, the Grotowski Institute in Wrocław, Gdańsk City Gallery, Halo Kultura in Gdynia, Kronika in Bytom, PGS Sopot, Arts Station Foundation in Poznań, the Maat Festival in Lublin, the Malta Festival in Poznań, the Telling the Baltic project in Karlskrona, Sweden, the Miami Performance International Festival (USA), FestivalL1 Contemporary Dance Festival in Budapest, Body-Mind in Warsaw, Four Days in Prague and the Festival of Naked Form in Prague.
