The Culture and Art Centre in Wrocław (OKiS) is a Cultural Institution of the Self-Government of Lower Silesia Region established in 1973. The main tasks of the Centre are to co-create the cultural identity of Lower Silesia, integrate the creative circles of the border region and promote art in all its aspects and forms. Through a wide range of promotional and organisational activities, OKiS supports and enriches the cultural landscape of the Lower Silesia region, cultivating its rich history, heritage and tradition.
