Nataša Živković is a versatile artist working across contemporary dance, theatre and performance. She studied comparative literature and French and is currently active as a dancer, actress, choreographer and mentor. She has collaborated with the Via Negativa collective since 2006. Her debut authorial work, First Love’s Second Chance (Getting Over Heintje), together with her work in dance and theatre, earned her the Golden Bird Award in 2009.

In 2018, she received the Ksenija Hribar Award for outstanding achievements in contemporary dance. Her authorial performance Sonny (2018) was presented in Slovenia and abroad and received the main ACT Award at the ACT Festival in Bilbao in 2019. In 2020, she completed a trilogy exploring family relationships with the performance Dodgeball. In 2021, she created, directed and choreographed Everything is Alright, developed together with 11 secondary-school students from Slovenia.

Since 2018, she has taught ballet and movement at SVŠGUGL. She also collaborates with theatre and arts institutions in Slovenia and participates in international dance and performance projects.
